Konami Announces PES 2012 News

What a surprise ! Konami has lately annouce the new release of Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 on PC, Xbox 360, PS3, PSP, PS2 and Wii.the producer Shingo Takatsuka has also expose a video that shows all the new fitches in this new edition.

The First one, two new officially licensed competitions will join the game: UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. Transfers of players will, of course, also be updated.

In terms of gameplay, Konami has surveyed the fans of the series to determine what improvements would they like the most. The developer promises a gaming experience more fascinating and realistic than ever. First, AI has been redesigned and improved, so have the feeling of playing with his team: false calls, feints towards the opposing team, protecting the ball carrier ... The attack should be more rhythmic and give more opportunities.

A new system of "cursor management" should also be offered. Using the right stick, you can control another player on the team to the best position to pass him the ball. Improvements to the phases of play without the ball (throw-in corner ...) are also planned to make them more specific and technical.

Finally, as every year, cosmetic improvements will be made to the game: animation, lighting, modeling ... The goal is to make things more beautiful, and more realistic. Konami have promised a few surprises to unveil over the coming months.

Ghost Recon Box Art Suggests Kinect Support

Will Ghost Recon Future Soldier utilize Microsoft's new motion sensor? The SKU listing for the game on the official Xbox website suggests it will, promising that the game is "Better with Kinect."
Joystiq is reporting that for a short time the Ghost Recon Future Soldier page on Xbox.com featured box art adorned with Kinect's telltale purple header. The feature list didn't give any details as to how Kinect will be incorporated, whether it will use the peripheral's built-in microphone for simple voice commands, or if the game will feature some kind of gesture-based gameplay.
The box art has since been switched to an image that doesn't feature the Kinect branding, so it could have been a simple mistake, but considering Microsoft's recent hints that many more Kinect titles are on the way, we're guessing the only mistake was publishing the art before an E3 reveal.
